Hayyan is a new cultural nexus on the edge of Sharjah, laid out for people who want nature on their doorstep without leaving the city. Homes sit among dense planting, parks and open landscape, with culture and community spaces built into the plan rather than added later.

Hayyan is Alef Group's development in Sharjah. The release covers 2–4 br townhouses · 4–6 br villas, with prices starting from AED 1,870,000 and handover scheduled for 2027 · 2028 · 2029.

The payment plan is 10% down payment | 70% on handover — a 30/70 structure, so most of the value falls due when you receive the keys rather than during construction. We hold the current availability list, floor plates and unit-level pricing, and can tell you which layouts are still unsold before you commit.

Buyers pay no commission to us on off-plan purchases. We handle the booking, the paperwork with the developer and the SRERD registration, and stay with you through to handover and, if you choose, resale or leasing.
