Terms of Use

moskoviarealestate.com is operated by Moskovia Real Estate LLC, a real estate brokerage based in Ajman, United Arab Emirates. By using the site you accept these terms.

Prices, payment plans, handover dates, unit types, sizes and availability are provided to us by developers and owners and can change without notice. Nothing on this site is an offer, a reservation, or a guarantee that a particular property is available at a particular price. Every detail should be confirmed in writing with the developer or through us before you commit funds.

Images of off-plan projects are artist's impressions supplied by the developer and are for illustration only. Finished properties may differ. Photographs of ready homes show the property at the time they were taken.

Rental yields, drive times, comparisons and the buyer's guide are general information based on our own market estimates and publicly available sources at the date shown on each page. They are not financial, legal, tax or investment advice, and they are not a promise of any return. Take your own professional advice before making an investment decision.

Project, community and developer names and logos belong to their respective owners and are used to describe the properties we advise on. Their appearance here does not imply that we are the developer or that a developer endorses this website.

Where we link to a developer, portal or authority, we do not control that site and are not responsible for its content.

We work to keep this site accurate and available, but we do not warrant that it is free of errors or interruptions. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from reliance on information published here without confirming it with us first.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent UAE courts.
