We only collect what you choose to give us, plus anonymous statistics about how the site is used.

• Consultation form: your name, email address, phone number, budget range, the area you are interested in, the project you asked about, and any message you write.
• WhatsApp: if you message us, WhatsApp shows us your phone number, profile name and the messages you send.
• Email: if you email us, we hold your address and the contents of your email.
• Website statistics: anonymous, aggregated page views collected by Vercel Analytics. It sets no cookies and does not identify you.
• Server logs: standard technical records kept by our host, Vercel, such as IP address and browser type, used to run and secure the site.

• To answer your enquiry, send the information you asked for, and arrange viewings or consultations.
• To follow up about properties that match what you told us you were looking for.
• To improve the website, by seeing which pages people read.
• To meet our legal and record-keeping obligations as a brokerage.

We do not sell your details, and we do not share them with third parties for their own marketing.

Your information passes through a small number of service providers that run the site and our messaging:

• Vercel — website hosting, domain and anonymous analytics.
• Resend — delivers a copy of each enquiry to our inbox.
• Namecheap Private Email — our email mailboxes.
• WhatsApp (Meta) — if you contact us through WhatsApp, its own privacy terms apply to that conversation.

We may also share details with a developer or their sales office when that is necessary to reserve or process a property you have asked us to act on, and with advisers or authorities where the law requires it.

Enquiries are kept for as long as we are in contact with you and for a reasonable period afterwards, so we can answer questions about a transaction. Ask us to delete your details and we will, unless we are required to keep records of a completed transaction.

• Ask us to correct anything that is wrong.
• Ask us to delete your details or stop contacting you.
• Tell us your preferred channel — WhatsApp, email or phone — and we will use only that.
